Site Title/Logo & Tagline always visible on mobile devices

Is there a way to keep the Menu Bar with the Site Title/Logo & Tagline always visible at the top of the page on mobile devices the way it is on non-mobile devices?

    Hi Steve

    Give the following child theme a try:

    https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/influence-child-mobile-sticky-menu.zip

    Install the ZIP via Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme.

    Activating a child theme can cause Appearance > Menu and Appearance > Customizer settings to reset. Test out the child theme before redoing those settings.

    Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for this, but it didn’t seem to work. Am I suppose to adjust any setting after installing and activating the child theme?
