Hello, the url to the website where I’m experiencing issues is www.merryfall-logs.aspiredev.co.uk.
I’m trying to implement a slider but am have trouble getting it to show – the back end looks to be completely fine, and I’ve set it up correctly (compared against other sites I’ve done using siteorigin plugins). I’ve also trying removing each plugin to see if they affect it, but to no avail. I’ve trying to completely re-install the plugins (both page builder and widget bundle), but again to no avail.
Any thoughts on what the problem could be?
Thanks
Sorry, don’t reply yet, as it appears to be a theme specific problem.
Hi Sophy,
Just writing to enquire if you still need help with this issue? Was it a theme issue? If so, what theme are / were you using?
Hi Alex,
Had no luck with the Theme makers, they made a mountain out of a molehill – the theme I’m using is WinterFell by Tesla Themes, if you could take a quick look I’d appreciate it
Hi Sophy,
Sure. Could you please provide an example of a page where this occurs? All of the pages on the site you linked too are all exactly the same – or is that the issue?
Hi Alex,
Thanks! If you just follow the link I’ve provided, there’s actually supposed to be a slider just below the menu bar (it’s just that page where the slider should be)
Hi Sophy,
Ah. I see. Okay so yeah, it’s as you thought – this is a theme issue and I sadly can’t really help with those as there, sadly, far too common (we would be spending time debugging other themes constantly otherwise). Sorry mate. :(
Maybe consider switching to Vantage? Your current theme is really quite similar but Vantage is very well supported.
Hi Alex,
Thanks for the speedy response – and it’s no worries. I’ve switched to Vantage and am already won over! Thanks :)
Hi Sophy,
Awesome! :)
Be sure to check out the documentation. Espically the customizing Vantage section.
Alright great, thanks for your time, appreciate it ☺
