Site Origin Page builder stopped working on one page

I’ve just had a weird thing happen while using the live editor, editing a page.
The page preview on the right suddenly went into a narrow box, rather than a full width page. I saved my changes (mistake!) and went into ‘Edit page’ view (rather than live editor) and there was no longer any Page Builder tab option for editing the page, also no access to page revisions, screen options etc. The page is essentially broken and I can no longer edit it properly.

Luckily, the SP pagebuilder code was still in the text editior, so I copied it over to a new page, but this is pretty wierd and will create a bit of work to get the new page work with existing links accross the site which use post id links.

Any ideas why this would happen?

Actually, the new page where I have pasted the code from the broken page’s SO page builder editor is now also broken, ie I can’t use the page builder function on the new page.

It’s as if the page builder has created some bad code that breaks the page.

I have tried removing all the SO pagebuilder code from the text editor in the original broken page.
    This didn’t fix it.

Also, when I view the broken page front end there is no WP admin bar at the top.

I guess I will just rebuild a fresh page, but I thought it was worth starting a thread in case anyone else has this problem.

    For ref –
In the broken pages, in ‘Edit page’ view, only the Visual and Text tabs are visible in the top right of editor, where you would normally see the Page Builder tab.

Instead, the Page builder content is down as the bottom in a separate box which can’t be edited.
If I put new content in the visual/text editor at the top, nothing happens, so the page is essentially stuck with the Page Editor content that was there when the page broken

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Sally

Thanks for reaching out. If the Page Builder tab is not normally positioned there is most likely a JavaScript error on the page. JavaScript errors will negatively impact any plugins making use of JavaScript. When able, try seeking a working baseline. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder. Does the tab return to its normal position?
