Site not working as planned

For some reason I am not able to get the menu and the logo portion of the site to work. I am having to use a SiteOrigin slider to display my logo. I have tried to add the logo on the settings page, and have tried to add masthead images in the customize section of wordpress. Please help, I am getting so frustrated.

I tried disabling all plugins as well.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    What’s happening when you try insert your logo at Appearance > Theme Settings > Logo?

    What’s happening when you try insert a masthead background in the Customizer?

    It looks to me like the Vantage stylesheet is being added to the head twice.

    Some steps to take here:

    1. Temporarily de-activate all plugins and re-test.
    2. Run any pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.
    3. Re-install the theme. You can find the ZIP download link in your original order email from SiteOrigin. Here are the instructions for manually updating:
