Show images in blog page

Hi!
I would like to know how I can show images on the blog page. I can see only excerpt and in the carousel there is a gray square.
I checked settings and everything is ok.

    Hi Kris86,

    I suspect this is a mixed content issue.

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Also, be sure you’ve set your posts featured images. Also, just to be safe, here’s how to enable the featured images on pages:

    In 1.5: Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, then Theme SettingsBlog and enable the Featured Image setting. Save your settings.

    In 1.4.4 / 2.4.4: Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceTheme Settings and enable the Featured Image setting. Save your settings.

    I’m not english native speaker so I’m sorry for any mistakes.

    I thought it would be possible to show images and excerpt on blog page. I can see images opening posts but not in the blog page preview.

    Featured Image setting are enabled and saved.

    the loop widget with carousel slider shows only grey square and not images.

    Hi Kris,

    Thanks. I was able to log in and I checked over your posts. You haven’t set up the featured images so they aren’t directly being shown

    Okay so the issue with the images not showing is due to your settings being set to excerpts and, by default, the excerpt is empty. You have two methods of fixing this, simply copy over the post data into the excerpt field (could be named summary) or simply disable it and show the entire post instead. To do the latter please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomise and then go to Theme SettingsBlog and set Post Content to Full Post.

    Hi Kris,

    By the way, your featured images are small due to being set as small icons rather than large. To adjust this please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomise and then go to Theme SettingsBlog and set Featured Image Type to Large.
