Scroll links to row Id anchor

I have got some long pages that I would like to add scroll links to.

I have given my sections (rows) IDs in the attritube tanb

Is it possible to link to the row ID somehow, or do I still need to make an anchor in the content of the row, eg the header.
I’m aiming for a solution which allows my client to change and edit content, without losing the anchor links, which if added to content are only visible in code view.I really the client can delate and change content within each row, but the anchor links would stay, hence wanting to link to the row ID if possible.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You can link to your ID’s now, the links would be http://yoursite.com/#someid. If you’re using Corp or North, smooth scrolling is available within the theme. Alternatively, you can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/.

    Your id in the above example would be someid.
