Row Padding issue in v2.4.23

Hi,

After upgrading to v2.4.23 I have noticed that with any row that I haven’t entered in padding settings it automatically sets it as 0px 0px 60px 0px. As soon as I enter anything in there, even 0px 0px 0px 0px it overrides it but any rows without a setting take this 60px bottom padding by default.

Is this to be a setting that’s not in there yet? or is it a bug?

Also, after further investigation I’m also finding some nesting issues where a widget may be given 50px padding (for example) and then later in that same page another widget is receiving that padding setting rather than it’s own.
