Hi,
I’m using Vantage Premium and I’ve just realized when I almost have finished my website (http://www.georiesgos.es) that the responsive mode does’t work in mobile phones and tablets.
I have deactivated all plugins and erased custom css and nothing changes.
I tested the mobile view days before and worked properly.
What’s the problem? I hope that you can help me.
Hi Gerardo
Thanks for running Vantage.
Please ensure the responsive layout option is checked under Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue please send through a link to the website.
Thanks
Yes it’s checked, and also is in Page Builder settings.
The link is http://www.georiesgos.es
Mmm, sounds like a challenge!
Can you perhaps just drop the password there on the site for a few mins and I’ll take a quick look. I’m online for a bit.
I can see the site now. One moment.
Have you edited the theme at all. The Viewport meta tag is missing. Any ideas there?
The only thing is that in a moment I edited some php files to insert jquery. Is it possible that it could have done any change in the theme? I don’t know how to find out if I’ve have deleted some code accidentally.
I will not use jquery in finally.
Unless those changes have been made via a child theme they will be lost the next time Vantage is updated.
Ideally try find a plugin to handle the functionality you’ve added.
You can revert the theme by using the download link in your original order email. With that ZIP file you can overwrite the theme as it is now and restore the theme files:

It works!!!
I was very grateful for having chosen your theme, but now I know for sure that I have made the best choice.
Thank you very much!!
Super, really glad to hear that helped.
Thanks for your positive feedback. All the best with your project.
