Hi

I have used vantage pro for my business site http://skillsupply.co.uk and all works well and has done for some time now.

I set up a new part of the business and wanted a different feel to it so I set up coffeeshopcoaching.com which is a framed re-direct to the wordpress site at http://skillsupply.co.uk/csc.

The challenge i have is that whilst I resize the browser window on my desktop everything works, even the menu collapsing to a single icon, however not on a mobile device apple or android.

Any help gratefully recieved.

Dom

    Hi Dominic

I can’t see right away what’s going on there. On http://coffeeshopcoaching.com/ please can you try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if there is any change in the mobile behaviour. If there is, re-activate your plugins one by one, each time checking the problem.

    Hi,

thanks fir the speedy reply. Tried deactivating all plugins…no joy.

However, it occurred to me to check the link http://skillsupply.co.uk/csc where the site is held. As I say there is a framed re-direct from coffeeshopcoaching.com.

It appears fine on both tablet and mobile at the /csc but not where I want it from. I used this method so I could host from within my primary business site. Any thoughts on a work around?

    Thanks

    Dom

Thanks for spotting that. I’ll need to confirm but I think there are Javascript issues with loading cross domain like that. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have answer.

I’ve chatted with Greg. There are unfortunately many things that can go wrong with framed re-directs. At this point we can unfortunately only recommend that you consider another method.

    Ok. Thanks for that.

The unframed re-direct works as expected, so will have to stick with that.

Many thanks for your help. Dom

For sure. Sorry we didn’t have more on this.
