Remove Sticky Header

The Sticky header gives me some problems.
That’s the reason I wanna remove it, but I can’t find an option to remove it.

I saw this answer at another thread: “Yes, please navigate to WP Admin–Appearance–Customize–Theme Settings–Navigation and untick Sticky Menu”

But at the latest version I don’t see “Navigation” in the Theme Settings.
