Problems with page builder – Not shown

Hi,

We are using page builder for a wordpress web site.
We do not know but it is not working anymore.

When we edit a page or add a new page, the page builder is not displayed.
We only have the choice between “Text” or “visual”.

At the end of the page, we can see a collapse panel where it is written “Page builder” but it is empty.

We have tried the following solutions without success:
– disable all the plugins and keep only the page builder
– Use default theme
– disabled cache

Is it related to database export?
Is it related to the fact that we changed the url?

    That’s likely the case. To clarify, how did you change the URL? Can you please me walk me through the exact steps you took?

    We have redeployed from scratch and it is working now.

    Could you please tell me the procedure to buy a premium licence?

    Please navigate to Download: SiteOrigin Premium and click the Buy Now button at top of the page. Select your desired licensed type and how many sites you wish to use SiteOrigin Premium on. Then follow the purchase prompts.
