Problems switching from Page Builder to Visual editor

Hi,

I started using the Siteorigin page builder plugin, but I got distracted and I clicked on a dialog box and I don’t know if I clicked YES or NO, but the thing is that now I cannot go back from page builder option to visual. I have to go to ALL PAGES link and going back to the page again and work on it.

I’m attaching images to illustrate what I’m talking about, so anyone can tell me how to “disable” what I “enabled” and continue with my work.

Thanks!

This is how it looks now:

and this is how I want it to look, which should be by clicking again on the “page builder” link, but it’s not working.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for your feedback.

    If the Switch to Editor button isn’t working then a plugin conflict is most likely the cause of the problem. Please, try running the plugin conflict test outlined below, being sure to check the problem after all non-SiteOrigin plugins have been temporarily deactivated, that’s the most important part of the test.

    //

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
