problem with update and premium version

I just updated the Vantage theme on our homepage and I upgraded to the premium version. However now I cannot upload the plugin for the premium version and what is more problematic our homepage won’t load anymore.
The homepage in question is www.rootskombucha.se

    To clarify, what happens when you try and upload SiteOrigin Premium? Is there an error message? If so, what is it?
