    Hi Plamen

    Thanks for reaching out.

The issue has been logged at the following URL https://github.com/siteorigin/so-widgets-bundle/issues/992. Once the next version of the Widgets Bundle has been released you can update again.

Hello, updates have passed and the problem is still not resolved, it’s about Post Carousel, before we set for example 6 posts it loads 6 posts but when sliding it reloads the next 6 posts, etc., they sit down to let me load 6 posts after continue to slide no longer show or if i give all of them load with page load and load it please look because i can’t update my plugin at the moment

    Hi Plamen

    Thanks for the update.

The issue is still unresolved here https://github.com/siteorigin/so-widgets-bundle/issues/992. We weren’t able to resolve the issue without either rolling back the recent changes we made (introduced looping as an option) or re-writing the entire widget JavaScript.

We’re currently working on migrating the carousel to the Slick JavaScript library. The draft pull request is here https://github.com/siteorigin/so-widgets-bundle/pull/1024. The widget markup will change but we’re keeping the class names the same. This migration will be included in the next update and should resolve the issue #992, link above.

Your site is showing a 403 error relating to the carousel. If you open your browser console you should see the error. Here is a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/eydH4bR. The 403 error might be related to page caching. Try clearing your caches and re-test.

Hello, this error is not coming to me, please tell me what you are doing to get it to you

The 403 error is originating from your WordPress installation. Please, try clearing your cache if you haven’t done so already. Here is what 403 means:

“The 403 Forbidden error is an HTTP status code that means that accessing the page or resource you were trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason. Different web servers report 403 Forbidden errors in different ways, the majority of which we’ve listed below.”

Alternatively, if you’d prefer to not troubleshoot this server related error you can rollback until the next update for the Widgets Bundle. Version 1.15.7 is an option as it was the last version before carousel changes were made. An easy way to rollback is to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/. Alternatively, you can manually rollback by going to https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/advanced/, scroll to “Please select a specific version to download.”, use the drop-down to locate 1.15.7. Once downloaded, you can manually rollback by deactivating and then deleting the Widgets Bundle and then installing the ZIP file from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Once the next version of the Widgets Bundle is release, you can update it again.
