Hello,
I just purchased a pro Vantage Pro.
The reason I decided to purchase the pro version is that I already familiar with theme and I have already made a part of the site using free version, but it is not responsive, I’m talking not only about menu. When I checked how website is looking in tablet I knew that responsive design is not fully integrated.
I followed instruction in your movie, but I’m getting an error that installation is failed. Please provide an alternative such as uploading zip file to a wp-content.
Regards
Yury

Hello,
Guys, I bought Vantage premium, thinking that pro version is 100%
responsive, but I tested it on ipad and on smart phone, it's not doing what it suppose to do.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Super, glad to hear you’ve made progress. Try going to Appearance > Theme Settings > Navigation and increasing the Mobile Menu Collapse to say 1024.
Hello Andrew,
Thank you for your help.
It is working better, but now I need your advise as far as what text editor does better responsive job.
Please check:

when screen is a size of cell phone.
You will see that my content (text) is completely out of norm.
Should I use different text editor. What is the solution.
Sure. In Custom CSS you have the following:
Try removing it and instead insert:
Next, edit each widget and highlight the text. Change the text align from justify to left aligned. You can do that using the alignment editor buttons. That’ll also help.
I already did all that, while highlighted aligned and left justified.
Thanks Andrew,
When I change .home #main stile from padding to padding-top I can see the gap between footer and footer slider.
I had to play with footer a bit because when I includde "copyrighted" using theme settings footer becomes very large ( high),
No problem. Then, try this:
Original:
Change to:
Thanks,
Now it's working fine.
Glad that helped :)
Morning Andrew,
How can I remove search from drop down menu?
Hi Yury Slutsky
You can fix/change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to Appearance > Custom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following code.
Thanks Andrew,
For sure :)
I have one problem that I need help with. When I'm uploading an image into media library it creates a link to that image in Attachment Details. Now when I'm trying to link that image with external page I'm getting an error because system appends a new link to my website path.
Question: how do I change the property of that image such as URL in Media library?
Sure. If you can send a link to a page with an image demonstrating this problem I’ll do my best to help out.
Morning Andrew,
I have installed the layer slider and created second header with social media images . I linked the images of Facebook and Twitter to my Facebook and Twitter accounts. As you know every image in media library has a link,
so when I'm clicking footer it shows an error –
"That page can't be found.", because it appends my facebook or twitter link to a website path.
It is on every page – gray footer with images of Facebook & Twitter.

I've contacted the people who created slider, I gave them temporary login information to my wp-admin, but it's already more than a week and no solution.
I was thinking that if I can overwrite or edit default link, than I can solve my problem.
I thought you maybe familiar with such problems.
Sorry, I meant Footer not Header.
Hi Yury
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
Hello Andrew,
I just did it.

Thanks :) Please, can you bump our account to Administrator.
Sorry Andrew,
I'm not sure I understand.
Right now our account is Subscriber, this means we can’t see much when logged in. Please, go to Users, locate our account, edit it and change the role. Thanks :)
Thanks.
It's done.
Cool, looks fixed now, I just set the Facebook URL to:
in Layer Slider and all seems ok now.
Hello Andrew,
I'm really impressed with you guys. You are spending your time on fixing something that has nothing to do with you.
Am I right?
It is very important for me understand. I just opened Slider and there are no changes in facebook footer link.
When I click on footer slider it is going to my facebook page, but twitter egg is not doing set up.
Please tell what you did.
No problem, glad we could help :) Yes, not our product but since you said you couldn’t resolve I thought I’d at least take a look as I have worked with Layer Slider for personal projects before.
I forgot to fix the Twitter link but I think you’ll be able to to. When I found the Facebook link it looked something like this:
I changed it to:
https://www.facebook.com
Try doing the same with the Twitter link.
Thanks Andrew!
Glad we could help :)
