    Go to AppearanceThemes, if Vantage is activated, hover over the screenshot and click Theme Details. What version number are you using?

    I have order number, but problem is where I used to put it in, changed even the way it used to prompt for premium and log you in to already paid? Paste oder number that was all I had to do. Now It needs like I could buy new,
    because it takes me to a page where it shows me Premium plans.

    Actually the message I get says Our theme settings now take advantage of the WordPress customizer. Navigate to Appearance > Customize > Theme
    Settings to access theme settings.

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Hi Charles, because this is a multi-site install, we can’t install themes from the level of access we have. We’d need an account for the main site admin so we can install the theme there. In a multi-site install there isn’t any AppearanceThemesAdd New button, that button is only available in the main site admin. Do you have access to the multi-site admin?
