Premium upgrade

Hello,

I have a test site where I upgraded to vantage premium. Now I want to upgrade the theme in the real website, but something is not working. After entering my code Private Snippet in the real website, the “premium” theme does not appear in “themes”

    Hi Alicia

    If you’re running Vantage Free on your live site the easiest way to upgrade would be via Appearance > Vantage Premium, click Already Paid? top right, enter your order number and follow the prompts to upgrade.

    Your order number is correct:

    Private Snippet

    You should be able to tell now which version you’re running by going to Appearance > Themes, if you’re using Vantage Premium the screenshot will say “Vantage Premium” on it.

    Alternatively, you can switch to another theme, delete Vantage, and install the premium ZIP file from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Upload Theme. Once activated, go to Appearance > Theme Settings > Premium and enter your order number to ensure updates are delivered.
