PBldr + North Theme – Hero Widget – Keep image perspective?

Hey there,

Using Page Builder and North Theme, when adding a hero widget, is it possible for the image to stay in the same perspective relative to the size of the browser? (excluding mobile devices)? I have a nice city scape image I’d like to use and it keeps going all cattywompus when I change the size of my browser…

thanks! :)

    Hi Praxiansec

    Thanks for reaching out.

If you aren’t using a text layer and buttons in your Hero then you could try the SiteOrigin Slider widget which resizes in the way you’re describing. Alternatively, if you are using a text layer, you might consider Smart Slider 3 which will resize the background and text layer together. The Hero offers FitText as a setting to resize headings for mobile but the background image uses background-size: cover which suit all images.

Thank you! I can Photoshop in the text I wanted on the Hero and do it with the method you’ve suggested. Really appreciate the help Andrew! Have a great week, stay safe!
