PBldr + North Theme – Hero Widget – Keep image perspective?

Hey there, Using Page Builder and North Theme, when adding a hero widget, is it possible for the image to stay in the same perspective relative to the size of the browser? (excluding mobile devices)? I have a nice city scape image I’d like to use and it keeps going all cattywompus when I change…
