I am having issues width PageBuilder row background images full width on Vantage Premium installation.
I am trying to accomplish what is shown on this test site, using PageBuilder and Clearly theme:

The row background image is stretched and responsive.
However, on my Vantage Premium test installation, no background image is shown, using PageBuilder -> Edit row -> Row Styles -> Background image

It seems that the Vantage Premium theme adds an additional tab to the PageBuilder row options, PageBuilder -> Edit row -> Theme
Here I find an additional option for background image. This is added with an URL, which is not user-friendly. However, any background image added here is not responsive:

The added Vantage theme options on PageBuilder -> Edit row, seems to be a step backwards.
Any thoughts on this?

Unfortunately a legacy issue from when Vantage had it’s own row styles, pre Page Builder offering this. I believe Vantage will drop it’s own row styles in the next version in favour of the default Page Builder row styles. If at all possible I’d suggest waiting for this release which is pending. I don’t have an exact date but it should be in the next week or two. That should then give you the same setup as you have in Clearly.

The bad news from the team is that unfortunately, what we’ll be doing for now, is stripping out the Design tab in Vantage and leaving the Theme styles with the old background image field, no media uploader at this time. We’ll work on a better solution moving forward. We do apologise for the hassle.
Okay, but hopefully it will be fixed at some later stage….
It’s definitely on the agenda to be improved.
