PageBuilder Plugin: editing some widgets leaves me with a blank page

Hi! As the title says, whenever I try editing some widgets (say, the custom html widget) I just ge t blank page with the date on it. I tried disabling all other plugins and the issue persists, what can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Bruno

    Thanks for posting your question.

Are you using Wordfence? If so, please see our guide on training Wordfence to avoid the described issue linked below:

Hi, sorry for the delay and thanks for answering
No I’m not using Wordfence, the only plugins I have right now are Advanced Editor Tools, Site Origin’s Page Builder and Site Origin Widget Bundle

    Hi Bruno

    Thanks for the update.

When the issue presents, please screenshot the widget interface with the date showing as well as the browser console. Here is how to open the console: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/. Please send both screenshots to your hosts and let them know you aren’t using Wordfence. Perhaps they can advise if ModSecurity or a similar module is incorrectly (false positive) blocking your widgets from operating normally.

Hi the console is in your web browser. Apologies; skip to step three in the article I linked.

Ok, it says its a 403 error, what does that mean?

    Hi, I Work Here

It’s the reason the date is displaying. The request is being blocked. It’s possible Wordfence is involved on the same server but it also could be a hosting security module. Please send both screenshots with a support ticket to your hosts. Thanks.
