Pagebuilder for home page not working?
I am using siteorigin’s Corporate theme and pagebuilder for the home page.
WordPress keeps forgetting (I’ve rebuild the page several times) that the home page is a pagebuilder page (it doesn’t display the tab in the editor). It seems to remember something as evidenced by the screenshot below.
Am I doing something wrong? How to correct?
Note: the Pagebuilder uses the headline widget and the carousel widge.

3Hi Bob
Thanks for posting your question.
When the Page Builder tab goes missing, please try running a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle if you have the Widgets Bundle installed. With only SiteOrigin plugins activated, does the Page Builder tab return?
Sorry, No joy from deactivating non-siteorigin plugins.
I don't mind rebuilding the page, however I have done this several times and am afraid of losing my work again.
Hi Bob,
Thanks for trying a plugin conflict test. I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble making this page. Is there anything atypical about this page? For instance, there may be an embed or a widget that you’re not adding to other pages. I ask as that could be why this page is breaking.
Please try restoring to an earlier revision. If that works, that confirms that the latest version has invalid/corrupted data present while an earlier version doesn’t.
Kind regards,
Alex
