So Widgets Bundle Widgets not Activating

When I go to SO Widgets settings I can see a list of All Widgets available. The Widgets are also not available in the Widgets interface inside PageBuilder.

I did the recent upgrade of this plug in and now the visual editor is not there. I have loved using this plugin on all of my sites I have built.

not responsive premium theme

Next question is were would I find the order number. Can I re-upload the theme if I do complete swipe of the WP dev spot that I'm currently developing/ playing on.
