Menu Text Position (vertical align)

Hello everyone, i would like to set the text in the menu to the bottom. I tried different codes from some support threads, but nothing worked correctly.

I need to do the custom css in order to have the listings be at least three across instead of in a list. I know how to get to the custom css where there is attributes, layout, etc.
