After I Updated to 3.9 Page Builder Is Pretty Much Not Functioning Now I Tried And The Page Freezes What Do I Need To Do For It To Work?

I simply want to replace the default slider on the home page with a smart slider2.

If I try to use it in a Page Builder text widget or Tiny MCE it displays the shortcode only and not the ad content.
