Woo Commerce not properly sending information to Pay Pal

I have the Vantage theme, downloaded the Woo Commerce Plug-in, I tried doing a test sale and when I click check out to pay pal, I receive an error saying my cart is empty.

I was not the first to make changes to the theme.
