Can´t swipe carousel widget on mobile //responsiveness in Post Loop

How come the Post Loop carousel template is not working with “slide with finger” on mobile devices? I would think that would be the obvious approach? And, the Post Loop doesn´t look very responsive on mobiles. Any news on that?…

Is there a way to have a second menu bar besides the main menu below the main menu? and also a footer menu
