Getting Vantage Premium to be Responsive

For some reason I don't see it being responsive on mobiles, tablets. The other part is I am trying to figure out how to add a footer to the site.

Cannot center header image, and site title is not displaying

Hi, Great theme, but I cannot figure out what happened to my site title, which became obscured once I uploaded the header image. The header image is left justified, and I cannot figure out how to center it.
