No Appearance>>Background in version 2.4.2?

Hi, I just upgraded to 2.4.2 and I can’t find the link to upload a theme background image. In version 2.4.2, it was Appearance>>Background. Now I can’t find it anywhere. :-( URL: http://photosbysalz.com/new/

HI, Im trying to position the cta widget button with a bit more consistency. Ive set the CTA height to 150px for stability but I cant seem to position the button relative to the bottom without messing up the button…
