How can I enter HTML on my homepage for Google verification?

I can seem to find anywhere where I can enter the verification code under section. I need to add it so that I can get my site verified by Google.

Hi, whenever I use the Live Editor, it’s showing a black background as shown by the css rule below: I tried overriding even with SiteOrigin css to no avail, is there anyway to edit the background color?
