Using Site Pack – lost my website!

Any issues with anyone using a site pack? I downloaded, installed correctly, built a new site, shared it with the client, they approved it. Went to upload to live and saw updates required to pluggins/widgets. Ran the updates successfully yet…

I lost everything after WP update!

I updated to the latest version of WordPress, 4.7.2, and now I lost all layouts created with the Page Builder that si included in the Averta Lotus Theme I purchased from Envato market. Everything is lost! :( HELP
