Using existing Parallax script to create Parallax areas outside of content area

I'm looking to create Parallax rows as part of my Theme, in the header/footer areas for example. Rather than install an additional parallax system to achieve this, I'd rather use the perfect nice PageBuilder Parallax script already in place.

image hero doestn’t resize

Hi! I’m using site origin page builder with Virtue Premium Theme. My site is http://www.dmbioeurope.com/ The image hero on homepage doesn’t resize when i change the viewport. I doesn’t use fixed width on css. Can you help me? Thanks. Marcella
