Search icon and back to top icon do not appear

Hello, The search icon in menu and the display scroll to top button do not apper. I have selected them in the Appearance/Theme Settings/Navigation but nothing happens. I have the Vantage Premium theme and the url is digi-med.gr/wp Thank you…
