Page Builder Not Working Online

As soon as page builder is enabled I cant't build or edit new pages. Its the Page Builder plugin which is breaking the back-end of the site.

Problems with Page Builder widget when placed in the footer

When the Page Builder widget is placed in the footer both the Site Origin Editor and the Visual Editor malfunction. The footer problem is the most important as there is a way to work around the home page issue.

Vantage 1.6.1 no Customization
