All I see is the video about basically how to use the plugin, the two icons, a blank square. Looked at all the posts regarding this issue and inactivated all plugins, the plugin still doesn't work.

May I request for the widget that comes with the SetMore Appointments plugin. I'd like to place it in a column instead of have it in the sidebar.
