Shortcodes Not working

I have used DisplayPosts shortcode on a lot of websites and have never had a problem. No matter what I do, I can't get it to work with PageBuilder.

Build Posts Query Is Blank

Hi. Before posting my question I did go through these forums to see if I could find an answer. When I go to create a blog list and then click the Build Posts Query button the whole screen is blank.

Shortcodes not being processed

Hey, we have a fresh install of WP with Page Builder installed, however the shortcodes keep appearing plain without being processed, what might be wrong ?? Thanks in advance,
