Hey, I haven’t got any idea why the more Tag isn’t working. Could somebody help me?

Separate Menu’s

I am using the Vantage theme and I would like to have one menu for desktop/laptop computers and another slightly different menu for smartphones. I haven’t figured out how to do this, is it possible? Thank Rich
