How to change Menu Depth?

One of my menu items has four sub-items. But a mouse-over only shows the first three in the list. What do I have to change to allow more than three sub-menu items to appear in the drop-down list?

Hi, I have sticky menu enabled, it works on the desktop site. I also have the logo in the header, which i understand may be relevant.
