Widgets not functioning correctly on iPad

I still have all the text of the blog posted on the post loop. The url is below and click on blog in menu to see blog page that has post loop.

I have Vantage Premium, and when I did this, my logo in the menu, as well as the menu itself has now disappeared. Not to mention, there are now a couple of borders around horizontal rules that shouldn't be there…
