Home page is messed up after update

I just updated the plugins. My home page says it’s missing some bldr widgets. I’m not a website developer, so I’m pretty much at a loss as to how to fix this. the site is smbc.net Please help.

The widgets: Rocked_Services_Type_B Rocked_Skills disappeared. Is there a possibility to reinstall the widgets? Are the contents of the widgets lost?
