After transfer tu new Server i cant edit pages

I transfer all Files to the new server an import DB with mysql Dumper. Page works fine, but wen i go to edit a site, it dont works. DB is in utf8. Plugins are all ok and no conflicts.

I’ve never experienced this before but I cannot get all of my activated Widget Bundle items to show up in Page Builder. Some of them will, and some won’t. I’ve deactivated/deleted all plugins, deleted & reinstalled bundle, deleted and reinstalled…

Does Site Open CSS works on desktop version?

Hi, I´ve just started using Open Site CSS plugin but the changes I make only affects to my site mobile version. Can I set the plugin o changes affect both mobile and desktop version?
