Hide Row Title and Jump to Row

I want to hide the row titles and I also want to be able to add a menu link to the row to have it jump to that row on a page. Thanks!

Hi, I can’t modify a page already created with page builder. I can’t find the “button”. So my question is : Where can I find the button that allow me to modify a page with SiteOrigin Page Builder ? Thanks
