I’m trying to figure out how to create a page and not have it automatically show up in the header navigation bar. I’d just like to have standalone pages I can link to as opposed to being a child or parent page. What’s the easiest way to do this?

I cannot install Vantage premium. I get the message that the theme is broken: The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template. vantage Stylesheet is missing. I purchased the premium vantage but just cannot get it to install. Is there something I have done wrong?
