I’m trying to create a new page and I want to use the layout of an existing page. But when I, in Page Builder, I click prebuilt layout or prebuilt, then clone page, nothing shows up.

Unable to edit home page widgets after upgrade

Why the negative margin for rows?

A negative right and left margins (half the gutter width) are added to the rows. Any specific reason for this? It doesn’t feel natural and can be annoying for non developers.
