Change Permalink on Dropdown Menu to “#”

On my Vantage theme, I need to change one of the Permalink on Dropdown Menu Items to “#”. But it constantly reverts to the original name “Portfolios”. How can I make this work? Thanks, Noel.

Page Titles Disappearing
