installing Uber Mega Menu plugin

don’t see an option to add new, or install a plug in. just able to see the currently installed plugins. How can I get this plug in installed? thank you

I have a vantage themed website which has several very long pages in it. I can't find any page length settings in the theme options.

Hi the custom CSS does not have a visual editor button. how do i change the font size in the menu?
