Page builder vanished after update

Having finished building a site for a client, with most pages created using the Page Builder plugin, I update WordPress, all plugins and the CREATE theme. Since doing this the tab in the editor for the Page Builder has vanished. Earlier today it did reappear briefly, albeit with a label of ‘undefined’ rather than ‘Visual Editor’. When I tried to insert any rows or widgets it was entirely unresponsive.

I have tried deactivating all other plugins and the problem persists. All I’m left with is the raw code in the text editor, which bizarrely seems to contain a mixture of old and revised content.

I REALLY need to get in and make some changes – please can you help?! Everything else is running fine…

Thanks – here’s a screenshot of how things are appearing:

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Srdesign,

Theme Trust runs a fork (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder so we’re unable to help you due to the version differences. We recommend contacting Theme Trust directly. This issue is likely due to the WordPress 4.5 update. I’ve heard that Theme Trust has a fix out for this so I would definitely recommend contacting them about this issue.

Thanks for the reply Alex; hounding Themetrust now as it seems lots of people have this issue, but no fix has come out yet…
