Page builder vanished after update

Having finished building a site for a client, with most pages created using the Page Builder plugin, I update WordPress, all plugins and the CREATE theme. Since doing this the tab in the editor for the Page Builder has vanished. Earlier today it did reappear briefly, albeit with a label of ‘undefined’ rather than ‘Visual…
