Page Builder tab not working

Hi,

I’ve installed the Themetrust Create theme and installed the Site origins plugins successfully, but when I go to edit a pahe, the page builder tab does not display and all demo Pagebuilder content shows as code.

Do you know what might be wrong? I’ve done two successful installs before on the same hosting. Any suggestions much appreciated.

    Hi Sally,

    Theme Trust runs a fork (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder so we’re unable to help you due to the version differences. We recommend contacting Theme Trust directory. This issue is likely due to the WordPress 4.5 update. I’ve heard that Theme Trust has a fix out for this so I would definitely recommend contacting them about this issue.
