Page Builder Tab Missing – check all forum ideas

My onsite pagebuilder tab is missing:
appears only if I add a new site, after that its missing.

I have:
Wordpress 5.2.2
Pagebuilder 2.10.6
siteorigin widgets bundle 1.15.7
no other plugins (never had)…

If I click on “Add new page” I have the menue (with add widget add row…. live editor addons). After that its gone in all pages.

Any new ideas? I saw and read a lot of threads, but all were – deactivating other plugins …..

    If you have no other plugins activated then you can try switching to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and then re-check the issue. That’ll provide a baseline position. If the issue persists, while viewing the problem, check the browser console for JavaScript errors, there might be useful information there.
